Davao City Book Mobile Library drives learning at Bunawan, Davao City 

In response to the special request of Daniel M. Perez Elementary School, the Davao City Book Mobile Library drove the mobile bus to Bunawan, Davao City to share life-saving knowledge and skills as well as moral values with pupils on October 13, 2022. 

The bookmobile team conducted various fun and educational activities for all the students of the school. Two librarians shared their expertise in storytelling for pupils at lower levels. To ensure participation and interaction, the storytellers ensured that the pupils maintained an interest in listening to the stories they prepared. 

On the other hand, the higher levels engaged in the actual disaster risk preparedness symposium demonstrated by Mr. Arniel Enoc. The team also allowed the teachers and students to experience an actual fire scenario. There was also a bookmobile bus tour for students. They were given the opportunity to get into the bus and choose books to borrow. 

In the end, the school as well as the teams were delighted to impart knowledge and smiles on the faces of the children.
